The theme for National Tree Day in 2009 is Get Growing. This theme has multiple meaning - growth of native trees, growth of ommunities and community spirit as well as personal growth.

Notes about the day for Volunteers:
Please wear appropriate clothing (hat, covered shoes, long sleeved shirt and long pants recommended). Raincoats because we will still plant in the rain.

The following will be provided: Tools and equipment for planting, Watering cans / buckets, Drinking water, Morning tea.
